Most of the people in the world work, they drive their cars around, they have jobs, families, tasks, and amongst all this trouble and confusion, one hardly finds any time to really relax and enjoy a natural order of things. Nobody is concerned about self-worth and self-enlightenment at times, it has gotten down to, “Oh my i’m going to be late for work!”, or perhaps, “Can’t talk, busy!”
It’s a bit of a hassle really, so i’m going to give you a little guide to solving this problem. The First thing you must realize is that working too hard is very unhealthy, if one works too hard, his body will adapt to the harsh condition and demanding task, and in the end this individual will find it very hard to live without working hard. Relaxation and time to absorb peace is necessary for a healthy lifestyle, and thus one should always set aside some time everyday to just sit down on a nice rug or floor, open some windows and bask in the sun. Close your eyes and just breathe, turn everything off and just listen to the serene quietness, this is a very optimistic and uplifting method to keep the body fluid and the mind clear.
If able, one should always take the time to go out and enjoy nature fully, to just sit amongst the trees, enjoying whatever winds blow through and the sound of the rustling leaves. Simple things like this help relieve stress, naturally. Just remember that working too hard can never be healthy, one should always separate leisure and priority, and know that in life, leisure IS priority, and you should always seek self-enlightenment where it is free, and then seek enlightenment where it is not.
